About Me
I have no background in programming and my current coding knowledge is through self-study with main experience particularly in HTML, CSS and some C++. My programming journey began some years ago when I started developing MQL4 Experts on the Metatrader platform to automate my trades. Over time, I have also gained some experience in Java and python.
I started CODE-HIVE because I have some ideas that I would like to develop but I lack the skills to do it. But also because I remember and miss the era of the internet where visiting a homepage didn’t require signing extensive digital contracts, advertisements were minimal, the gaming industry was less driven by greed and you didn't have to worry about whether you were talking to a bot or a human. I often reflect on that simpler time and it has significantly influenced my motivation for creating Code-Hive. Since the idea, I have been dedicating my free time to work on this project to develop ways that could counteract this current development of the Internet a little.
Code-Hive: The Vision
Code-Hive is designed to foster a self-organizing community where developers are rewarded with CODE tokens for every line of code or improvement suggestion they contribute to Code-Hive or its projects. The scale and complexity of Code-Hive means that it cannot be built single-handedly due to the limitations in skills required across various domains.
Currently, the vision consists of several ideas and concepts awaiting realization. Overseeing, coordinating, and developing these projects is a daunting task that requires collaboration among developers from diverse backgrounds. Thus, the success of Code-Hive hinges significantly on building a collaborative community dedicated to its growth.
In its nascent stage, Code-Hive remains an idea in progress. Given my current skill set and resources, without external support from developers, its realization will be impossible.
Community Engagement
I welcome all who are interested in contributing to this vision from the ground up. Feel free to reach out on X or Telegram with any suggestions or ideas, whether related to design, reward systems, management advice, rules, Github repositories, or project development. Feel free to share any idea on how we can improve Code-Hive.
